Using a Template to Create a New Job Ticket

To create a new ticket from a template, expand the “Add” sub menu by clicking on the  icon in the menu bar. Find the template you wish to use and click on it to create a new ticket from the template.

The ticket editor will open and your new ticket will be pre-populated with the information from the template.

Select your customer, job address, and add any additional information to the ticket necessary for the job record and click  to finish creating your new ticket.
