Appointments can be removed in the ticket editor in the appointments section as explained in the article, Using the Ticket Editor or within the Schedule. This article will explain how to remove appointments using the Schedule.
Appointments are removed in the appointment dialog. To remove an appointment, click on the appointment in the schedule.
Click the button to remove the appointment. The remove confirmation dialog will ask you to confirm you ant to remove the appointment.
Click “OK” to continue, the appointment dialog will close and the schedule will be updated with your appointment no longer scheduled.
