Searching Work

Summary

Searching for work and creating custom work search lists is done by clicking on Work in the top navigation.

To start a new search click on “New Search” or select an existing custom search from the dropdown list

Search Toolbar

The search toolbar allows you to quickly filter and search your tickets based on ticket type, status, customer, assigned users, and/or text found within the ticket or customer details.

 

Select your filters and press search to view matching tickets.

If you would like to save your search to be used in other areas of Service Crews to filter ticket lists, click the  and select “Save As”.

The Save Search Dialog will display allowing you to enter a name for your new search.

Once Saved, your new custom search will display in all ticket lists throughout Service Crews for filtering tickets.

Select your custom search from the Work Search list in the top navigation.

Make your changes to the filters in the search toolbar then click “Save”.

Make your changes to the filters in the search toolbar then click the   button to the right of the “Save” button and select “Save As”.

Enter a name for your new custom search in the Save Search Dialog then click “OK”.

Make your changes to the filters in the search toolbar then click the   button to the right of the “Save” button and select “Remove”.

Confirm that you want to remove the custom search by clicking “OK”.
